I have two copies of Sierra, one for my live account and the other for the(Rithmic)prop shop account. I've managed to connect to the prop shop account via "Data trade/service settings". Please see the attachment. "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds:Yes" - also done. However, Denali is not up and running. For some reason, it's disconnected. Thought you might want to see the log, so I attached it too. How do I fix this? EDIT Figured it out. I didn't do "Edit >> Translate Symbols". You can close this thread. Thanks! Not using correct symbols. Translate them as you already determined: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service You are also getting a host address is not known error. Seems alright now. I don't have FESX and FGBL(delayed), probably cos they're blocked by the prop shop. The data is working, there's "M" up there. As for routing, I haven't placed an order yet. But now I see why you guys "hate" on Rithmic. Tons of people in prop shop's discord are complaining about bad fills. |

For EUREX data you need to use our EUREX data through the Denali Data Feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I know. On the other copy of Sierra, I have delayed EUREX data and it's working fine. However, on the prop shop copy of Sierra, connected to Denali, it's just showing zeros(for price, volume...). Maybe it's blocked as they don't allow EUREX trading. Anyway, talking about data...I'd like to buy the data pack for EUREX. If I remember correctly, if I buy it now it's not valid for 30 day, but rather to the end of the calendar month? |

You will not be able to receive delayed EUREX data when connected to Rithmic. Only real-time EUREX data when paying the EUREX exchange fee. Yes until the end of the month. Out of curiosity; Shouldn't it work thou, as I'm connected to Rithmic for routing only? Data is from Denali, there's "M" code up there. Thanks for confirming it, I'll grab the subscription, still early in the month. |

No, delayed EUREX data is not supported with trading services unless you are using Teton order routing.
