I have two copies of Sierra, one for my live account and the other for the(Rithmic)prop shop account. I've managed to connect to the prop shop account via "Data trade/service settings". Please see the attachment. "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds:Yes" - also done. However, Denali is not up and running. For some reason, it's disconnected. Thought you might want to see the log, so I attached it too. How do I fix this? EDIT Figured it out. I didn't do "Edit >> Translate Symbols". You can close this thread. Thanks!
