Hi,

I have the Problem, there are different datafeeds at different charts at the same symbol.
I am using the SC internal Datafeed. Sometimes the TPO Chart shows a different Chart as the Minute Chart.

What can I do? It 's not a problem with the installation, I already reinstalled the software..

Thanks.

How is the TPO Chart different from the time chart?

And we really need to see two images of the two charts in order to understand the particular problem. Please get us the images by following these instructions:

Hi,

Here is an image of the teo charts.
The marked timeframe is the same day, the green rectangle you can see is on the same price in both charts, but the chart is different. Its the same Symbol in both charts.

Thanks.

Actually, these are not at all the same chart. The one on the left is a Continuous Contract Chart set to rollover on the rollover date and is back-adjusted. The chart on the right is a standard chart without a Continuous Contract option set.

The Rollover for the September (U) contract for CL occurred on July 18, 2024, so the chart on the left is displaying the data for the August (Q) contract for the point in time you are referencing, whereas the chart on the right is displaying data for the September (U) contract for that same time period.

Therefore, you can not make the comparison you are making between these charts, as they are different data.

It is the same symbol, but the setting for Continuous Futures Contract is different. So you are viewing different data for that particular time period. Refer to the following:
