Good evening,

I am trying to get Trade Mode On. I can't get my details to come up on the DOM, I can log into Sierra Charts when it opens, I can login on line, however, in the DOM I can see SIM 1 in SIM Mode but when I click "Trade -> Trade Simulation On" and uncheck this option, I have no Account number there? Any ideas, I'm at a loss, I have tried everything I can think of but still no Joy, Any help would be most appreciated.

What broker and/or order routing service are you using?

Hi, I brought a new computer, the old one works fine, the new one however won't let me get a DOM login, everything else is fine, just can't get an account up on the DOM? Also, Sierra is just stopping, to get any data, I have to reconnect, once reconnected, the data just stops, have to reconnect again and again. I'm at a loss, if you have any ideas, please let me know. Regards Eddie.

Most likely the issue you are having with the new computer is that you are not disconnected from the old computer. You can only get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to one computer at a time, unless you have specifically paid a second set of exchange fees to allow 2 computers to get the data at the same time, which you have not. So you need to ensure that you have Sierra Chart running on only one computer at a time. Refer to the following:

With regards to connecting to your trading account, what order routing service are you using with AMP?

Good morning John,

I have checked again this morning, with the old computer off, the data is fine.

I am using Teton with AMP, they have said that everything is good on their side.

I still can't get my account number in the DOM though, I have closed the DOM and opened a new one with no joy.

I just closed my chart book, created a new one, put a random chart, just happens to be EUR/USD, went to "File -> Open trading DOM for chart" still nothing, I have tried opening random DOMs, all are blank.

Make sure you are properly connected to your AMP account by following the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6:
