Most likely the issue you are having with the new computer is that you are not disconnected from the old computer. You can only get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to one computer at a time, unless you have specifically paid a second set of exchange fees to allow 2 computers to get the data at the same time, which you have not. So you need to ensure that you have Sierra Chart running on only one computer at a time. Refer to the following:
