Immediately contact your broker regarding this issue and have them take whatever action you need to on that order. We cannot control this. You will not have this issue with Teton order routing. We did not look at the transcript and it is not relevant. Contact the broker, and have them take action on the order that you need to. We do not need to know what they are saying. They absolutely can take whatever action on that order that you need. Identify the order to them based upon the price of the order, the order type , the side of the order, the symbol, the account. And then reconnect to the data feed with File >> Reconnect to update the order list in Sierra Chart from CQG. If you continue to have the problem discontinue the use of CQG. As we have no control over this issue and cannot do anything about it. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We just had a look at the CQG Web API regarding this. Take our advice. Please get off of CQG. Amp supports Teton order routing. We recommend using Teton order routing which is our own order routing direct to the exchange. CQG is just terrible in its design and it is not reliable. We do not want you using CQG and you are exposing yourself to problems like this. CQG is very poor in its design. We do not like it. We hate CQG. Take our advice and get off of CQG. We are not going to provide any further support for CQG. If you continue to use CQG you are using it against our own advice. CQG is very treacherous with its design. We have to set three different order IDs to even modify an order. Including the prior client order identifier. This is stupid. It does not matter what the prior client order identifier is which must match. But what if this is wrong for some reason. Then the order modification gets rejected. Same thing with order cancellation. This is complete stupidity. Even CME iLink 3 does not even need this. CQG is just absolutely terrible. They are passing through so much complexity, to the application program that it makes no sense at all. It is so treacherous. With price data formatting. Order IDs, and security IDs. Security IDs change based upon the connection. Every connection uses a different security identifier. Why they pass through all of this complexity to the application program, and make errors more likely, makes no sense. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thinking about this a little more, does the order that you see in Sierra Chart that you are trying to modify not exist any longer? But if that is the case it should really just get removed when you reconnect to the CQG server from Sierra Chart.
