We did not look at the transcript and it is not relevant. Contact the broker, and have them take action on the order that you need to. We do not need to know what they are saying. They absolutely can take whatever action on that order that you need. Identify the order to them based upon the price of the order, the order type , the side of the order, the symbol, the account.

And then reconnect to the data feed with File >> Reconnect to update the order list in Sierra Chart from CQG.

If you continue to have the problem discontinue the use of CQG. As we have no control over this issue and cannot do anything about it.
