Cannot connect to TopStep via Rithmic

Anyone else having this issue? Teton works, Trading Evaluator works, but Rithmic via TopStep isn't working. Trying different servers (Mumbai, Hong Kong) doesn't seem to matter, so I don't think it's the Chicago server.

Same. Rithmic on Apex and My Funded Futures will not connect to server.

Same issue here, for what it's worth. You are not alone. In order to add the conversation on this... Windows error code 11002 is what's popping up for me. I use Apex on Rithmic. Earlier today I flushed dns and it seemed to work but now the issue is back and flushing again is not fixing it. I have also ensured that Sierra Chart is allowed to bypass firewall. I'm so tired of Rithmic that I'm just going to stop trading prop, throw the proceeds into my live account, and trade that again. You can't beat the leverage that prop gives you but I'm all about no problems and having freedom. Stage 5 Trading + Sierra Chart Teton Order Routing for the fking win.
