I have 2 512 tick charts side by side but the countdown timer is different on each chart. Is there any way to sink the two charts?

Make sure that the Countdown Timer is setup the same in both charts.

Also check the "Chart Update Interval" for both charts and make sure it is set the same for both. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

It would not be unusual for you to see small differences in the timer, but values you are seeing are far too different, so there has to be something that is causing this.

Well - every setting check out the same. Over time the two charts are starting to come closer and now differ by just 20 ticks.

It's gotta be some difference in settings between the two charts, no? Maybe the session times are off by a second or something.

You can just delete one of them and duplicate the other one to make sure they're identical. Of course now you'll have to re-create all the different studies or whatever else is on there, but I bet that works.

Seems something may be wrong with countdown timer.

My 4 hour only shows a 60 min timer and the settings cannot be changed (font, text size, etc).

Deleted, reapplied, same result.

We are not understanding what you are seeing. Please give us an image by following these instructions:

You can only change the size of the font through the "Width/Size" option on the Subgraphs tab for the study. Otherwise the font it uses is the general Text font you have set for Sierra Chart.

4 hour chart with 60 min countdown timer. Didn't realize you could only use subgraph tab. Only issue is time shown.

Problem disappeared after doing this:

1. Creating a new chartbook and adding only a 4 hr chart with the countdown timer.
2. Closing SC without saving
3. Re-opening my original chartbook (the one with the problem)

After doing that, the correct countdown timer appears.

To start the new week the tick countdown is very close - it seems to be syncing itself over time.
