Make sure that the Countdown Timer is setup the same in both charts. Also check the "Chart Update Interval" for both charts and make sure it is set the same for both. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) It would not be unusual for you to see small differences in the timer, but values you are seeing are far too different, so there has to be something that is causing this.
