Hello, i signed in to Topstep rithmic on sierra charts. the chars are not loading for the instrumenst. i also have the deleni data activated. please what could be the problem

To begin with, you are not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed since you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Right now, your "Verified Until" data is showing as "0000-00-00". Does the brokerage use in the signing of the agreement have to be in the same name as the SC registration name?
