Connection status Issue with my account on the Web Trade Account Data and Order Entry

Using the web trade account data and order entry page

After connecting via Teton on the service selector then into

the server selector and choosing Dorman.

When I click the orange connect button the line: Connected (trading) is True and works.

The line: Connected (Data) is False with the following message:

Last Login Failed - Data service (sc_delayed_exchange.datafeed) is disabled or unsupported. A software update may be necessary.

This is a live trading and live data account. The delayed datafeed should not apply? and a software update for a webpage?
