Hi, my footprint chart book is acting really weird, like having huge gaps between bars, not showing correct price action sometimes, and the live price bar is far away from the last bar on the chart. I have an AMP account connected with Teton routing. Also there is an error in the message log saying “Error writing to cached Intraday data file. Error writing record to the file C:\SierraChart\Data\USOil.scid. Error: Windows error code 112: There is not enough space on the disk.” I’d appreciate some help please

Your drive is full and therefore your files are not saving properly. Refer to the following: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency After you clean up some space, then you will need to redownload the data for your symbols by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You will need to do this once for each symbol, not for each chart.
