Your drive is full and therefore your files are not saving properly. Refer to the following:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency

After you clean up some space, then you will need to redownload the data for your symbols by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You will need to do this once for each symbol, not for each chart.
