Hello

Attached, please find screenshots. I market the Missing Trade Windows with Blue Arrow.

16 of my Trading Windows is missing. I am Copy trading 20 Accounts with Apex across 3 instruments.
NQ, ES and CL.

I followed your Trade Window Missing or Does Not Appear instructions on your website. None of it is working to solve my problem.
I even increased the Number of Trading Accounts to 100 hoping it would solve the problem.

This problem comes at a huge disadvantage causing me missing the whole trading day.

As a matter of urgency, can you please assist with resolving this problem?

Just to make certain - you need to go through these particular instructions:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window is Missing or Does Not Appear

Make sure you are doing this from the actual chart for which you want the Trading Window to show - so you need to do it on the Trading DOMs and charts themselves.

Yes, I did the do the Reset Child Windows on the actual charts themselves. The Trade Window is still missing.

Also, when I duplicate a chart. The trade window for the new chart is also missing

If you select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" does the Trade Window properly show up on the chart?

We are not seeing any issue with the attached chartbook. Are you able to reproduce this with this chartbook?

I am not sure, but I imagine that would be a lot of work. How many Charts / Trading Windows can I have open per chartbook?

I tried to duplicate the chart I send you back to the original chartbook. It did not go back to the original chartbook.
Instead, I received an error message.

There are no limits on the number of charts/Trading Windows you can have open - at least not from the Sierra Chart perspective.

The error you are getting is a Windows error. It is stating that you are out of resources on your computer. When you see something like this, reboot your computer to free up resources. This is probably the issue you are having with the Trade Windows not opening.

After rebooting your computer, open just the chartbook you sent us with the one chart in it. See if you can open the Trade Window for that chartbook without anything else open.
