There are no limits on the number of charts/Trading Windows you can have open - at least not from the Sierra Chart perspective. The error you are getting is a Windows error. It is stating that you are out of resources on your computer. When you see something like this, reboot your computer to free up resources. This is probably the issue you are having with the Trade Windows not opening. After rebooting your computer, open just the chartbook you sent us with the one chart in it. See if you can open the Trade Window for that chartbook without anything else open.
