You need to have a brokerage account, not a regular bank account in order to be considered a non-professional for the CME Group. The brokerage account must be a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Those are the instructions for wiring funds to them. Regardless, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your brokerage account in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Also, you have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements. You need to redo the agreements and make sure you enter the "Clearing Firm" and your Account Number where this is requested. If you do not know your Clearing Firm (although it looks like it is Ironbeam) then enter your brokerage name (Canon Trading).
