Regardless, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your brokerage account in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Also, you have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements. You need to redo the agreements and make sure you enter the "Clearing Firm" and your Account Number where this is requested. If you do not know your Clearing Firm (although it looks like it is Ironbeam) then enter your brokerage name (Canon Trading).
