Greetings, I do not know how to get trade account identifier to setup for New Trade Account & what are the following steps. I am trying to use "Simulated Futures Trading Service" with trial version. I appreciate your prompt response. Is there a video that illustrate steps to Add symbol Chart on the trial version whether using Simulation On or using "Simulated Futures Trading Service" or others trial version settings. I am trying to use Trial version to get familiar to Sierra chart and other possible functions with trial version. I truly find the steps complicated. Please share with me correct ones to smoothly setup Data Feed, Connections, and adding symbol chart. I already used my user "User891294" as a trade identifier , but the trial version Add Symbol chart did not work following the next steps afterwards.

To start with, your account was not activated, therefore you had limited access to the data we have available for an activated trial. We have activated your account for you, so you now have the full access to our delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities. Refer to the following for instructions on how to open a chart. You should also read through the rest of the information on that same page: Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading: Open A Chart While on a trial, you do not have the ability to connect to data and trading services. Therefore, we do not understand what you are doing that would require your "Trade Account Identifier". Sierra Chart has two different simulation options, both of which are available during the trial. One is the built-in Simulation mode, which is what you would use using when first starting to use the system. You can tell if you are using this mode if the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" has a checkmark next to it (which it should). Refer to the following for more information on Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation We also have our "Simulated Futures Trading Service", which is a more realistic environment, as orders and order fills are all done on our servers. So you can place orders and turn off your system if you like. There are options for real-time and delayed data trading.
