To start with, your account was not activated, therefore you had limited access to the data we have available for an activated trial. We have activated your account for you, so you now have the full access to our delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities.

While on a trial, you do not have the ability to connect to data and trading services. Therefore, we do not understand what you are doing that would require your "Trade Account Identifier".

Sierra Chart has two different simulation options, both of which are available during the trial. One is the built-in Simulation mode, which is what you would use using when first starting to use the system. You can tell if you are using this mode if the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" has a checkmark next to it (which it should). Refer to the following for more information on Simulation Mode:

We also have our "Simulated Futures Trading Service", which is a more realistic environment, as orders and order fills are all done on our servers. So you can place orders and turn off your system if you like. There are options for real-time and delayed data trading. Refer to the following:
