How do I disable pop-up notifications for order fills/modifications/etc.

Hi there, Context: * Trading multiple prop accounts via SC's order allocation feature * Trading MNQ using NQ Chart * Using attached orders * No alerts have been made/set Issue: * Pop-up notifications appear for every account (10) for any order changes (fills, stops moved, stops filled) * It slows the the entire system down every time those pop-up notifications appear What I've tried: * Edit -> Disable All Alerts - Chart / Chartbook * Global Settings -> Chart Trade Settings -> General -> Disable Order Confirmations - Global to "YES" * Global Settings -> General Trade Settings -> Notifications -> All "NO" * Chart Settings -> Alert -> Enabled to "NO" * Reinstallation of Sierra Chart Results: * Pop-up notifications still show up despite the changes above * Reinstallation of SC works temporarily but the pop-up notifications eventually return (I do not keep any settings. I do a fresh reinstall. I rebuild my chart from ground up) Please help as it makes really really difficult to trade because the pop-up notifications slows down everything. Thanks

If you have turned off Order Confirmations for the chart or globally, then you should not be getting any confirmation pop-ups, even with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts". This was a change in the system at one point, so we want you to update to the latest version to ensure you have the software that properly supports this. I'm on the latest version of SC. I made sure Order Confirmations are off globally and for the chart. Still getting pop up notifications. Here is the image of the pop up notifications just to make sure we are on the same page.

Thanks for the image, we were definitely NOT on the same page. We thought you were referring to the Order Confirmations. Those do not look like our notifications. There is a pop-up window option for Alerts, and Order Fills can be setup to have an alert signal when there is a fill. But our alert pop-up looks like the image attached. Even with color and theme modifications, there is no way to get our pop-up alert to look like what you have showing. The one thing we can recommend is to set the option for "Trade >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications >> Play Alert When Order Filled" to "No Alert Sound" For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Thank you! I finally figured it out. It's the damn Rithmic that was popping up those notifications. If anybody asks same questions and are using Rithmic prop accounts. Tell them to turn off their Rithmic software. Smdh Have a great week.
