Hi there, Context: * Trading multiple prop accounts via SC's order allocation feature * Trading MNQ using NQ Chart * Using attached orders * No alerts have been made/set Issue: * Pop-up notifications appear for every account (10) for any order changes (fills, stops moved, stops filled) * It slows the the entire system down every time those pop-up notifications appear What I've tried: * Edit -> Disable All Alerts - Chart / Chartbook * Global Settings -> Chart Trade Settings -> General -> Disable Order Confirmations - Global to "YES" * Global Settings -> General Trade Settings -> Notifications -> All "NO" * Chart Settings -> Alert -> Enabled to "NO" * Reinstallation of Sierra Chart Results: * Pop-up notifications still show up despite the changes above * Reinstallation of SC works temporarily but the pop-up notifications eventually return (I do not keep any settings. I do a fresh reinstall. I rebuild my chart from ground up) Please help as it makes really really difficult to trade because the pop-up notifications slows down everything. Thanks |
