Your log shows the following error: Error opening C:\Users\jmsem\Downloads\SierraChart2629\SierraChart_64.exe. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Error encountered with file move. Retrying in 2 seconds. This means that you have Sierra Chart running while you are trying to do the update. Make sure you exit out of any sub-instances that you may have running before you start the update. And it is best if you start the update from the Main Instance by selecting "Help >> Download Current Version". We also do not recommend putting Sierra Chart in this location: C:\Users\jmsem\Downloads\SierraChart2629\ We recommend the default location of C:\SierraChart.
