Okay I was able to get the servers list to come up and was able to switch to my apex account. However I am still getting errors spamming on the message log I attached a SS below.

You have the wrong symbols for Rithmic. As such, Rithmic will keep disconnecting and connecting. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to change the chart symbols to what is needed for Rithmic.
