You have the wrong symbols for Rithmic. As such, Rithmic will keep disconnecting and connecting.

Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to change the chart symbols to what is needed for Rithmic.

If you continue to have an issue after that, then go through the different areas called out in the following link to look for and update or remove other possible symbols that could be causing an issue:
