Having trouble connecting to data feed

The message log is giving me a error connecting to data or trade service. i have had this issue for about 2 hrs i have tried restarting and disconnecting from the data feed and reconnecting to the data . Also reset my pc to see if that would help but it hasnt.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
