I am trying to download 10 year historical and intraday data, but there are some issues which I am facing, for certain contract the data is missing in between, Despite of deleting all data and downloading again I am facing the same issue, Also DL count stops at a particular number and then doesn't reduce, I am using TT Order Routing.

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue?

Also please get us an image of the chart where you are seeing missing data by following these instructions:

For Many Symbols, I am using Volume Based Roll Over Back Adjusted. For Example, ZS I have date for 2022-11-11 and the next bar starts on 2023-13-01. I have attached the Screenshot of the same

You may be experiencing data download issues due to Internet connectivity issues, with one of our ISPs. We want you to do the following to workaround this:

Set this setting:

Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

And the following setting:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

to:
ds32.sierracharts.com

You need to be running and up-to-date version of Sierra Chart for the settings. Instructions to update:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that re-download data:

I have done the same but still I am facing the issue, where the DL count is present, but the Message log shows no further requests to process in queue

The image and the message log you show are not showing any issue. The download was complete for the CL symbol, so there was no other data to download.

If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

I am not sure what to get from it, it says the queue is clear in the message log, but the chart shows it's still downloading some data DL count is still 4 and I still don't have 60 days candles on my chart.

I have attached the screenshot, If I have to share the message log then I'll do the same as well

Does the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" eventually go away? And if so, what does your chart look like then?

Also, how many days of data are you set to download in your Chart Settings?
