Hi, I was subscribed to Full CME group data for the month of May. Now I just want to enable just the CME which costs 12.50. So I disabled the FULL CME data and Activated the Just the CME which should start when I finish the FULL CME on 5/31. But I got charged again even though I already have the full data. Can you please clarify what is going on? Thanks, Tiru |

You will be charged for exchange activations! There is no way around this.
