Not understanding why some chart symbols can get Intraday data & others not.

I can get Intraday data for DXU14 & EUU14 for example, but with ESU14 or ES#, only Historical is available. How can I get the latter symbols (and others) with Intraday data?

I have two futures trading accounts on two other PC's, though not on the subject platform which has SC Exchange data.

Second question: I searched on "non-CLR version" but do not see how it differs (only technical questions about it's handling of spread sheets. Is this the long-planned "non-.Net" version? If so, I would like to learn about it and likely make a switch. Could you provide a link where I could learn more? Thanks.

ES# will not work with Intraday charts.

For the other symbol we need to see the Message Log after opening a chart for that symbol.

Provide a copy of the Message Log, by following these instructions:

The only thing to know about the non-CLR version is that it has the new Sierra Chart spreadsheets. This is all.

Here is the log requested. It does show I have no futures account registered, but I really do have one...just not on this PC. Is there a way to satisfy this condition by registering my AMP account somewhere?

By the way, I use Sierra Charts on two other PC's to trade futures. I am sure your system has records of this. Why not cross-check them, and satisfy CME regs that I should be entitled to get futures RT intraday data on the third PC. Thank you.

PS. If I were connected to a live account with this PC, I would be able to get the broker's feed directly and would not have to use your exchange data.

In the copy of Sierra Chart that you posted this Message Log from, update it by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

By doing that when using SC Exchange Data you will now be able to get historical Intraday data for CME futures.

To get the real-time CME futures data at the reduced exchange fees, requires that you set Sierra Chart to use one of the supported futures trading services. This is how it works.
