Do I have to pay for exchanges with rithmic?

I believe Rithmic gives data for exchanges, but for some reason when ever I try to open a chart it is blank and error says "currently no data in file to display" Do I need to purchase the exchange with Sierra to be able to see the charts? |

Not necessarily but you have are paying the exchange fee through Sierra Chart. So we need to see what the problem is. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart. From what you are seeing, it looks like you are not setup to get the data from Rithmic, and you are not setup to get the data from us, therefore you are not able to get the data. The easiest solution is to add the CBOT exchange to what you are already getting from us. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind, the exchange renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you add an exchange today (May 19, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the remaining time in May and then pay again on June 1, 2024 to get the data for the month of June.
