From what you are seeing, it looks like you are not setup to get the data from Rithmic, and you are not setup to get the data from us, therefore you are not able to get the data. The easiest solution is to add the CBOT exchange to what you are already getting from us. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind, the exchange renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you add an exchange today (May 19, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the remaining time in May and then pay again on June 1, 2024 to get the data for the month of June.
