If thats true then why is chart saying NaN ? Please see the screenshot for DVOL for Nasdaq. Also what the symbols for sugar, coffee and gasoil ?

my 2 cents.. no idea why this happens but doubleclicking the "NaN" in chart region price column resolves the issue 99% of the time. Edit: I think it's got something to do with value format so play around with different formats also resolves this issue..just trying to help Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-24 18:38:05

yes, it did but I do see that the incoming data stopped after 2:21 PM EST

We are not seeing any issue with the data for DVOL-NQ. The data goes to 16:30 Eastern US Time. Try opening a separate chart for that symbol and make sure you are getting what you expect. If the new chart is correct and the Add Additional Symbol is still not showing properly, then reload the chart with the Add Additional Symbol by selecting "Edit >> Reload and Recalculate". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
