I'm not getting afterhours data despite having Use Evening session checked and having the correct time zones filled.

What is the symbol for the chart and what are the session times set to?

Make that chart the active chart and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download". It may take a few minutes to redownload the data.

If you still are missing the data after doing the above, then please get us an image of your chart by following the instructions at the following link. Make sure the chart is scrolled to a point that shows the transition where the evening session data is missing.

I did that and now the charts are all blank. Please advise.

Check your setting for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Show On-Chart Status Messages" and set this to "Yes" if it is not already so. Then select OK.

Then select "File >> Reconnect".

Then get us an image of your chart (even a blank one) by following these instructions:

I solved this - had to use Translate Symbols To Current Service function.
