Check your setting for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Show On-Chart Status Messages" and set this to "Yes" if it is not already so. Then select OK.

Then select "File >> Reconnect".

Then get us an image of your chart (even a blank one) by following these instructions:
