Hi, I have 2 installations of Sierracharts. They have the same update (2625). I noticed a difference on ES depth between my trading version (which is connected to interactive brokers) vs my testing version (which is on the Sierracharts all services - denali). Please see the attached image which shows both the depth visually and also the bid/ask depth bars as indicators on each version. The right hand screen is my connection to IB. As you can see the depth is incomplete despite being set to show all levels. Note: I subscribe to Denali CME data. The 'chart settings' are the same for both installations. 'Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' is set to yes. The only difference I can find is the data feed. Please advise. Cheers Paul |

The data you are getting to both charts is the same, as both are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. So there must be something different in the settings somewhere. Please get us a chartbook that has those two charts in it and we will take a look. Follow these instructions, just ignore where it says 1 chart and get us 2 charts: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
