Dear SierraChart-Support,

I hope you are doing good. In my SierraChart Windows I can not scroll to the left or right side, even so I have save the settings to load 500 days.
The Lock File Space is not on and I have entered the Scroll bar. Unfortunately, this is not working either. I have attached a picture.

I only have issues with the GC-Future Chart. I tried to duplicate another chart and then switch it to GC. But this is not working.

Do you have an idea what is wrong with the Chart Settings?

Make sure you actually have the amount of data loaded that you think is loaded. The most likely reason for not being able to scroll is that there is no additional data off the screen for you to scroll to see. Refer to the following:
