Unable to open a chart book provided by a Trading Coach from Simpler Trading

Hello,
I am unable to open a chart book provided by a coach and the following message is received when I attempted to open the chartbook. Pls note I do have the updated Sierra chart version.
"The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with recovering it. File C:\SierraChart\Data\Trader Joe ES.Cht* "
I have many chart files from this coach and all have the same issue.

I attached the Chartbook file, but don't see it as being attached. If you don't receive teh attchemnet, pld let me know. (method used,Add/Edit Attached Files Tab, then Browse to my C File to select the 'Trader Joe Es. Cht' chartbook to send it as an attachement.

These may be older chartbooks that have not been updated. We recommend asking the person you are getting them from if they can update these to the latest version so others do not have the same issue. You can also do this for yourself.

Hello,

Thank you for the instructions to convert older chart books. Everything worked on S&P500 E-mini ES and Nasdaq NQ files. However I am unable to load the Dow Jones Industrial YM chartbook. I am getting a message that says "Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" Pls see the attached for more detail.
