Hello, I am unable to open a chart book provided by a coach and the following message is received when I attempted to open the chartbook. Pls note I do have the updated Sierra chart version. "The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with recovering it. File C:\SierraChart\Data\Trader Joe ES.Cht* " I have many chart files from this coach and all have the same issue. I attached the Chartbook file, but don't see it as being attached. If you don't receive teh attchemnet, pld let me know. (method used,Add/Edit Attached Files Tab, then Browse to my C File to select the 'Trader Joe Es. Cht' chartbook to send it as an attachement.
