We are using v2569 because newer Sierrachart versions cause a crash running a custom study developed that has a lot of development into it, and v2569 runs fine without crashing.

No issues with Position reporting using IB for years.

Recently we added a new additional IB advisor account, now we are no longer getting any accounts showing in Trade Positions window, and no Positions showing for actual live positions on chart/trade windows.

Both accounts show fine in Trade Account Monitor, which also seems to update fine.

How can resolve getting Positions reporting back and be able to show Accounts in Trade Positions window, and Positions on chart/trade windows?

First thing we recommend doing is updating to the latest version and let us know if that resolves the problem. Since there have been changes with IB Position handling in newer versions.

What we recommend you do is install another copy of Sierra Chart into another folder for testing:

On current version Trade Positions window, and chart/trade windows function correctly showing positions.

However Account Balance/Trade Account Monitor does not show either of the accounts.

On IBKR mobile startup, it also defaults to the new advisor account, and does not show Account Balance until the correct account is selected. However in Sierrachart current version, none of the accounts show currently with account filter set or cleared. This may be due to the new pending Advisor account and need a tweak to read that/select from the accounts.

There is not anything more we can do with this right now.

Just try to work without balance information.

Position Average Prices in Trade Positions window and Chart/Trade Windows and thus PnL are also not working, these used to work without issue for years.

Is it possible to resolve these in the current implementation? Both from executions in Sierrachart using SC's LIFO settings, and also from executions in TWS?

Interactive Brokers TWS does not provide the Position average price . What they give, is completely unreliable and nonsensical. They need to fix this. Not us.

The live fills executed in TWS used to get downloaded by Sierrachart, for those swing trading who must use IB and want to retain using Sierrachart for analysis, this was really useful. Is it possible to return this ability to Sierrachart?
