We are using v2569 because newer Sierrachart versions cause a crash running a custom study developed that has a lot of development into it, and v2569 runs fine without crashing. No issues with Position reporting using IB for years. Recently we added a new additional IB advisor account, now we are no longer getting any accounts showing in Trade Positions window, and no Positions showing for actual live positions on chart/trade windows. Both accounts show fine in Trade Account Monitor, which also seems to update fine. How can resolve getting Positions reporting back and be able to show Accounts in Trade Positions window, and Positions on chart/trade windows?
