cant get real time data with Rithmic

Hi, i havent been on my account for months and on my return i am not getting data feeds even though i am connected to my apex account. Do i need to dod something with my sierra account?

You are not setup to get any data from us, therefore you would be getting the data from Rithmic. Make sure you have your Rithmic Username and Password entered for the Market Data and Historical Data fields on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" window. If you are wanting to get your data from us, then you would need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. The CME Group exchanges are accessible at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also, you would need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the CME Group real-time data at the non-professional rates. I have a live funded trading account with APEX using Rithmic. Rithmic is connect via the data/trade settings but resting orders on my DOM do not show anymore.

Since you are getting your data from Rithmic, you need to ask Rithmic why you are not getting that data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
