You are not setup to get any data from us, therefore you would be getting the data from Rithmic. Make sure you have your Rithmic Username and Password entered for the Market Data and Historical Data fields on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" window.

If you are wanting to get your data from us, then you would need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. The CME Group exchanges are accessible at the following link:

Also, you would need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the CME Group real-time data at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following regarding this requirement:
