Hello, Today I'm unable to place orders with the trading evaluator. I'm and advanced user, so the problem should not be from my end. Yesterday it worked ok. Updated to latest 2625, same behavviour. When trying to open a trade, it immediately cancels it. No relevant logs in Messages. Teton orders works fine. Problems only with the evaluator. Can you please fix? Thanks! |

Same issue. Started at this time: 2024-03-28 05:12:35.360 | Trading Evaluator | Requesting trade accounts from server.

Definitely something at their end. My message log does not print any message when trying to open a trade though. No info is being printed actually. I attach my msg log for sierra support to take a look. All seem fine. I haven't got any similar error like yours above, but still unable to place a trade. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-28 10:29:27

Same issue this end. Got long this morning UB (ticker UBM24) using the trading evaluator. The order was entered with brackets w/o any issue. Then, it stopped working. Bracket cannot be moved, position cannot be closed. The log records the issue as; 2024-03-28 14:17:53.908 | Trading Evaluator (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not found in margin data. Margin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation <= 0. Invalid. Text: Tag: SimpleBracket.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 24057. Regarding the Trading Evaluator service, it is possible to disable the margin requirement check. It can be disabled with this account option: Trade Account and Risk Management: Require Sufficient Margin For New Positions (Margin Settings) However, you do need to specify a Position limit for the symbol to avoid this rejection: 2024-03-28 06:07:26.007 | Trading Evaluator (Order reject).
