Regarding the Trading Evaluator service, it is possible to disable the margin requirement check. It can be disabled with this account option: Trade Account and Risk Management: Require Sufficient Margin For New Positions (Margin Settings) However, you do need to specify a Position limit for the symbol to avoid this rejection: 2024-03-28 06:07:26.007 | Trading Evaluator (Order reject).
