Hello, I’m making the procedure to get a live sierra chart account, I have already made the following steps: - Open a live funeded account with AMP - Open a CQG account - Activated a Sierra chart service pack 11 - Have the CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements "Reviewed and Accepted" The last step is to activate Denali Exchange Data Feed, but my "verify trading account" says: 0000-00-00 (expired) Obviously, i can not activate any Denali Exchange Data Feed exchanges if my trading account hasn't been verified yet (because of who has not a live trading funded account pays much more) What should i do?, i'm sorry for the question but honestly i don't understand if something is missing |

This is not the way it works. If you activate a "non-professional" exchange option and your "Verified Until" date is not current, then you will simply not get the data. So it does not matter which order you do this in, as you will eventually get there. -- What you need to do is to connect your Sierra Chart to your AMP account. Since you are using CQG, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Your Verified Until date will update to 30 days in the future when you make this connection.
