Hello, I’m making the procedure to get a live sierra chart account, I have already made the following steps: - Open a live funeded account with AMP - Open a CQG account - Activated a Sierra chart service pack 11 - Have the CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements "Reviewed and Accepted" The last step is to activate Denali Exchange Data Feed, but my "verify trading account" says: 0000-00-00 (expired) Obviously, i can not activate any Denali Exchange Data Feed exchanges if my trading account hasn't been verified yet (because of who has not a live trading funded account pays much more) What should i do?, i'm sorry for the question but honestly i don't understand if something is missing
