I have attached screenshot for review

I am trying to replicate the coloring based on the small chart box on top left. In which you can see for the bar with arrow the delta and delta/volume is colored pink.

In sierra chart the same bar i could get the delta/volume i.e. (AskV-BidV %) to color pink based on the threshold% and Range coloring logic. But when i set range 0 % it colors Max Vol, Min Vol and Cumulative AskV-BidV the same.

What way i get the numbers coloring to be same as the chart on top left?

You have to adjust your colors and Percent Compare Thresholds to get what you want. It looks like you either have your colors set to a single Pink and Green, or you have your Percent Compare Thresholds set such that everything is falling into a single color range.

Keep in mind the Numbers Bars Calculated Values only work on a 0-100% range based on the range of the values within the period you are viewing. So if you set Percent Compare Thresholds to something like the following:
0, 1, 2

You are going to get coloring only in the Range 0 to Range 1 colors. Refer to the following for more on how this is done:

I have attached screenshot of the settings.

Currently its as follows:

0.0% - 24.9% Up/Down Range 0 Color
25.0% - 49.9% Up/Down Range 1 Color
50.0% - 94.9% Up/Down Range 2 Color
95.0% - 100.0% Up/Down Range 3 Color

i tried multiple combinations but am unable to set this correctly

The main thing we see is that the Input for "Determine Maximum/Minimum Values for Background From" is set to "All Data". Depending on how much data you have loaded, this could mean that there are values that are overwhelming the particular data you are viewing at that time. Try changing this to "Daily Data" and see if you get more of what you are looking for. Refer to the information for this Input here:

will try that out.

Is there a way in the study "Numbers bar calculated value" the delta number box be colored as per MAX/MIN (Ask Vol-Bid Vol) values
- if Max (Ask Vol-Bid Vol) value and delta value are close, color delta number box = blue
- if Min (Ask Vol-Bid Vol) value and delta value are close, color delta number box = pink

If we are understanding what you want correctly, set the Percent Compare Thresholds to the following:
.01, x, .99

Where x is some value that you choose in between. This will make it so any value within 1% of the minimum will be colored the Range 0 color and any value within 1% of the Maximum will be colored the Range 4 color.

You may want to use a separate Numbers Bars Calculated Values study for this.
