You have to adjust your colors and Percent Compare Thresholds to get what you want. It looks like you either have your colors set to a single Pink and Green, or you have your Percent Compare Thresholds set such that everything is falling into a single color range. Keep in mind the Numbers Bars Calculated Values only work on a 0-100% range based on the range of the values within the period you are viewing. So if you set Percent Compare Thresholds to something like the following: 0, 1, 2 You are going to get coloring only in the Range 0 to Range 1 colors.
