Hey! So after rollover yesterday my charts were messed up so I deleted all data and downloaded everything again and it fixed. But now after logging into Sierra charting I can't receive data anymore, and it says that is an error to download historical data as you can see in my added screenshot. Any ideas, what should I do? I did research about it but couldn't find anything helpful for it...

I just received that kind of info from rhythmic. So I think this problem came because I deleted and downloaded a couple of times whole data and rhythmic blocked aces to me for a downloading data because there was too much, and they have some kind of strange rules about that. So what should I do now? Because now when rhythmic suspension ends I will need to download the whole missed data again but if they have that limit rule I will be suspended again...

We really can not help you with the Rithmic issue. From our perspective, all you can do is to wait until they unlock you and then hope that you do not hit that limit again.

The solution to this is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, as we do not have these limitations. The one thing you have to be aware of, however, is that for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that meets these requirements, then we recommend the solution at the following link:

Okay then last question. The most liquid ES contract now is ESM4. So when they unlock access to download data, should I click delete and download that only one selected symbol to be able to receive all data and everything? Or should I select all? I am asking because I'm scared when they unlock it and I will try to download again all unnecessary things that I don't need to...

We do not know what you have an do not have with regards to the data, so we can not say. It also depends on what you need for your charting. You can always not do a delete and download and just work with the data you get and going forward.
