We really can not help you with the Rithmic issue. From our perspective, all you can do is to wait until they unlock you and then hope that you do not hit that limit again. The solution to this is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, as we do not have these limitations. The one thing you have to be aware of, however, is that for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
